Square, round, and rectangle tubing are formed with ease and precision through this efficient work center. Our operators are highly experienced in tube bending processes to execute this forming step with great attention to detail. The triple stack die bender is equipped with a mandrel for perfect form throughout the bend. Various dies give us limitless possibilities for forming different size tubing without scratches and gouging. Tube rolling is offered for tubing that needs larger sweeping radii. Nothing will stop us when it comes to shaping tubing into the shape you need.

9-AXIS – TRIPLE STACK
VLB bending machines are equipped with the latest Electric Motion technology. Powerful enough to bend pipes and tubing with an outside diameter of 1/4” to 6” and is equipped with a Booster system, making it possible to achieve radii up to 1D with reduced marks on the inner bend.
